Sciatic nerve pain is often linked to tight low back muscles, gluteus muscles, piriformis muscle, and lateral thigh muscles. Constricted muscles puts
pressure on the nerve and causes pain. Loosening the gluteus muscles and the deep lateral leg rotator muscles frees the nerve and relieves the pain.
Overuse of the hands and forearms causes the Carpal Tunnel muscles to become tight and contracted, causing inflammation of the tendons. This creates pressure on the Median nerve, causing pain, numbness and weakness in the hands. C.A.P.R. releases the contractures in these muscles, releasing the pressure on the nerves for immediate relief.
Tight neck muscles lead to migraines by contracting and pulling the vertebrae out of their natural alignment. This compresses the nerves between the vertebras and creates pain. During C.A.P.R. I work to release the contractures in the muscles and free the nerves from compression.
